The Foundation: From Legacy to MSP
Our founder's journey began with legacy systems, moving into Managed Services (MSP) as technology evolved. This provided a deep understanding of what businesses truly need from their IT infrastructure: reliability, security, and support.
The Walled Garden
We embraced an early VoIP innovator. The technology was impressive, but it existed in a closed ecosystem — their phones wouldn't work with any other system, locking customers into a single, inflexible vendor. Flexibility denied.
Unsettling Practices
While the technology was more open, we became concerned with their business practices. We believe partnerships should be built on trust, and it was clear we needed a different path. Trust eroded.
Compromised Quality
Company W seemed promising, but the hardware felt cheap and device compatibility was a constant struggle. We couldn't get other phones to perform well on their servers. It was a platform built on compromises. Reliability failed.
